Through a combination of on-water instruction and video analysis, coaches will learn how to develop a critical eye, by using the Water's Edge methodology to break down the paddle stroke. Participants will have the opportunity to analyze and be analyzed, critique and be critiqued in a safe and rewarding environment. This will be done through a step by step procedure to determine cause and effect. Participants will take away a greater understanding of stroke mechanics and the methodology needed for coaches to produce performing teams.
